Terri's niche market are the rolling hills of southeast Henderson that include, MacDonald Highlands,  Anthem Country Club, The Estates at Southern Highlands, Lake Las Vegas and Seven Hills. She also list and sells luxury highrise condominiums on the Resort Corridor. Terri has been a member of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and earned the prestigious Guild Award in 2006.
